The land lots and area sizes are situated 23 miles from Napier, around the Mangaone Stream, Napier to Puketitiri road and the Mangahina Stream intersects lot 2 and 3. A C Bennett has land to the North, bordering lots 1 and 2 and the Mangaone Stream. The general area is North West of Rissington.
