The land lots and area sizes are situated 13 miles from Gisborne by rail. The Waipaoa railway station adjoins the property and freezing works. The land is around the Waipaoa River. The Pukepapa C block is owned by T H Jackson at the North West end of the property and the Pukepapa B block - owned by G W Humphries is at the West end. Pukepapa G block, has the Kempthorne Estate on it, to the South and borders the property for sale.
