The land lots are to be sold at auction at Palmerston North on Thursday November 22,1917. Hoadley, son & Stewart Ltd with Levin & Co Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 1 1/2 miles from the Rangiriri railway station on the opposite side of the Waikato River, near the Roto Ngaro and the Hamilton to Rangiriri road. The land is currently carrying 300 bullocks.
