Plan of Ōmarunui Estate land for sale.
Instructions have been received from the executors of the late Hon J D Ormond to sell the land.
The land lots are to be sold at auction on Tuesday November 20, 1917. Hoadley, son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes are situated 11 miles from Napier, 3 1/2 from Puketapu township and 2 miles from Fernhill town, around the Repo - Kai - Te - Roto Rua Stream. T H Lowry owns land to the North East and Northern part of the area to be sold off. L Higgins is to the North West. W K White and F Rhodes have land bordering lot 14 and the Fernhill to Napier road.
