The land lots and area sizes for sale are situated 20 miles from Waipawa, 6 miles from Omakere Post Office and 2 miles from the coast. Mr Speedy is the manager of the estate. The land is around Long Range Road and Horseshoe Lake. Te Manuiri Estate borders the the land for sale at the North, which is called the Long Range block, Motere Estate is to the West and South ends and the Blackhead Estate - L H McHardy owner, is to the South East, bordering Stoney Hill paddock.
