Lots are to be sold at public auction on Saturday June 30, 1917. De Pelichet, McLeod & Co Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes for sale are adjoining the Pourerere Estate, about 18 miles from Waipawa, around Road paddock and Middlesex paddock to the North, Long Range and Frenchman paddocks to the South. Newspaper clipping shows the successful bidders:
Mrs W G Stead Lot 1 and 2, £17 per acre.
C Bennett Lot 3, £13 per acre.
H Douglas Lot 5, £12 per acre.
