View of the Tait & Mills Wood, Coal and Corn Depot, Napier, taken from Dickens Street looking towards Napier Hill. One of the company's carts stands on the street in front of the Depot. Further carts can been seen in the yard itself. In the background on the left hand side of the photograph can be seen the rear of the Trinity Methodist Church (built facing Clive Square in 1876), and the Theatre Royal on Tennyson Street. The spire of Saint Paul's Presbyterian Church can be seen in the background to the right.
