Lots are to be sold at public auction on Saturday June 30, 1917. De Pelichet, McLeod & Co Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots and area sizes for sale are situated on the sea coast, 22 miles South East of Waipawa and covers the area from Paoanui block at the North end to Stan's block at the South end and Titoki block to the West. A Newspaper clipping is included showing successful bidders:
R Shadbolt - Lot 1 and 2, £17 per acre.
G Millar - Lot 6 and 7 £17 per acre.
