Lots are to be sold at auction on Tuesday December 12, 1916. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
The land is of limestone formation and the homestead buildings are on lot 7, situated 16 miles from Napier and 6 miles from Puketapu, around the Tutaekuri River, Waihau Stream and Mangaone Stream, near the bridge site. F Hutchinson owns land bordering lots near the Waihau Stream.
b) The land consists of 3,927 acres freehold land.
