Plan of Te Aute college land for sale.
No 1 plan, Eastern block - Te Aute College Estate.
6,000 acres to be subdivided into 23 farms.
Fifteen chains to the inch.
The land lots are to be leased by tender, closing on on Monday January 31,1916. Conditions of the lease can be viewed at various branches of the Bank of New Zealand around the province or the office of the Board of Trustees Diocesan office, Tennyson Street, Napier - G H Bickerstaff, secretary.
The land lots with area sizes are situated around the road to Woodville from Napier and the main trunk railway line, College Road and the Pukehou railway station. The Argyll settlement borders land at the North West side and South end. W T Williams has a small plot of land at the North East end, fronting the main road.
A newspaper clipping is included showing the successful bidders:
Lot 1 - 110 acres, G Elliot.
Lot 4 - 264 acres, J H Lloyd.
Lot 6 - 167 acres, A R Lane.
