The land lots are to be leased by tender, closing on on Monday January 31,1916. Conditions of the lease can be viewed at various branches of the Bank of New Zealand, around the province or the office of the Board of Trustees Diocesan office, Tennyson Street, Napier - G H Bickerstaff, secretary.
The land lots with area sizes are situated around Lake Roto - A - Kiwa and the Waipapa Stream. Native land borders the lots to the South and East, W T Williams has land to the South West and Miss L Williams has property to the North West, near the main road to Napier, some 30 miles distant. A locality plan is included showing the lots are bisected by the road to Patangata, 7 miles away.
