The land lots are for sale in the Waikato Valley, which is good dairying and agricultural land. There are 30, 000 acres to be sold in 60 sections, ranging in sizes from 110 to 850 acres. The land is situated around the Waikato River, Waikato Road and the Cambridge to Taupo road, also the Tumai Stream and Mangarewa Stream.
Some land lots border the proposed Maraetai township, next to the Selwyn settlement. W Carr Rollett owns land to the North and W Barnett has land adjoining. A general locality map is included showing the area to be South of Putararu and West of Ateamuri. There are some newspaper printed photographs showing the general land, a specimen of red clover, a paddock of Lucerne and a picture of Mr Shute getting the hay loaded, which adjoins lots 1,2 and 3 of the land lots for sale.
