Plan of Crissoge Estate land for sale.
The land will be sold at auction at the Kings Theatre on Friday October 23, 1914. C B Hoadley & son are under instructions from Mr G P Donnelly, Mrs La Morte and the executors of the late Mrs G P Donnelly.
The land is said to be the finest in the dominion, situated 8 miles from Hastings, 10 miles from Napier and 1 mile from Fernhil. Land lots with area sizes are shown around the Repokaite Stream and Oinga Lake. Some lots are bisected by the road to Fernhill & Hastings, from Puketapu.
J S McLeod owns land bordering lots at the Western side, Native owners are to the South. H V Hoadley owns land bordering lots at the North end, by the Awangara Stream. L Higgins has property at the North East end.
