Brief Description
Plan of Taradale lands for sale.
The land will be sold at auction on Wednesday December 10, 1913. W J Tabuteau has been instructed by the public trustee, selling on behalf of the estate of the late William Harpham.
Land lots, area sizes are situated 1/2 mile from the Taradale Post Office, around Harpham Street and the Taipo Creek. A newspaper clipping is attached noting the successful bidders of the land:
Lot 1 A J Dwer, £80.
Lot 2 T Eustege, £80.
Lot 14 S F Howard £85.
