Land for sale will go to public auction on September 10,1913. J A Miller with Messrs G A Preece & Co are to be the auctioneers.

Land lots, area sizes consist of 377 acres subdivided into 9 farms from 32 acres to 54 acres in sizes are situated 4 miles from the factory at Clive, 5 miles from Farndon railway station, 8 miles to Hastings and 10.5 miles from Napier, bordering the Tukituki River, with the educational reserve noted on lot 5. This land is said to be the best bullock fattening land in the district.
