Plan of Sherenden settlement land for sale, Hawke's Bay County, Matapiro Survey district.

Land for Settlements Act. Land for Selection on renewable lease consists of 10,302 acres. Applications are to go to the District Lands & Survey Office, Napier and are to close on Monday February 24,1913. An abstract of conditions of sale is included, T Sadd as the Commissioner of Crown Lands.
Land lots, area sizes, survey district boundaries are situated around the Otamauri block, Tunanui block, Napier to Patea road, Okawa Stream and the Waitara Stream. George Orme Bayley - owner, has the land at Otamauri block. A M Shield has land on the Tunanui block, as does A H Russell Jr, owner, which borders the road from Patea to Napier. T S Percival has land bordering blocks 2 and 3 , which is by the road to Napier - 20 miles and Puketapu 10 miles. T H Lowry has land adjoining T S Percivals land and the Mangatarata Stream, near the Napier Hastings and Fernhill road. H N Coleman has land at the South end, bordering the Waitara Stream and Kikowhero Stream. The general area is West of Napier.
