Land lots with area sizes are shown around the Tukituki River, Mangatapiri mountain - 1,477 feet high and the Hawea Stream. The homestead block which is not for lease is at the South end, 3 miles from Patangata and the Bishopric Endowment Trustees land adjoins. W MacKenzie has land on the Eastern side, bordering land blocks and the trig station is noted on lot 6 at 990 feet above sea level.
