Brief Description
Plan of Te Mahanga Estate, a portion of which is to be subdivided and sold.
On account of W J Douglas & A F Douglas, comprising 3,500 acres.

The land is to be sold at auction on Tuesday October 15, 1912, at the Princess Theatre, Hastings. New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Co Ltd are to be the auctioneers.

Land lots with area sizes lie to the South of the old homestead, about 1 mile from the Poukawa railway station, and comprises land overlooking the Poukawa Lake. The road from Patangata to Hastings runs through block 6 and the road to Poukawa railway line runs parallel to lot 1.

Lot 1 - 540 acres, Carlile, McLean, Scannell & Wood £16 per acre.
Lot 6 - 560 acres, J S McLeod £10 per acre.
Lot 8 - 40 acres, D Campbell £12 per acre.
