The land is to be sold at auction on Tuesday October 15,1912, at the Princess Theatre, Hastings. Wellwood & Wellwood - auctioneers, A L D Fraser are selling on account of Mr Archie Gregory. Further particulars can be had from Cotterill & Humphries - solicitors, Hastings.
Land lots with area sizes are shown bordering the Ngaruroro River and Rotoroa Stream, next to the main road. The general area is situated 8 miles from Hastings and 2 miles from Fernhill.
