Subdivided into 26 allotments from 30 acres to 230 acres, being the property formerly a portion of the Longlands Estate, situated 3 1/2 miles from Hastings.
The land is to be sold by Public Auction, at Kings Theatre, Hastings on Monday December 18, 1911. C B Hoadley & son are to be the auctioneers.
Land lots and area sizes are shown fronting the Maraekakaho road to Napier and the road to Pakipaki freezing works. Part of E J Watt's Longlands Estate is to the side of the lots for sale and part of the Fernhill Estate borders the lots at the other side near the Fernhill to Hastings road.
