The land is to be sold at the Kings Theatre on Thursday November 30, 1911. C B Hoadley & son - auctioneers are under instructions from the executors of the late Mrs G P Donnelly to sell.
The land is said to be of limestone formation and is stated to be amongst the richest land in Hawke's Bay. The estate has a seaside frontage and is within 18 miles of Hastings.
Land lots, area sizes are shown around Waingongoro Stream and Pouhokio Stream.The general location is West of Bare Island and North East of Elsthorpe. Interest can be conveyed to the manager of the estate, Mr Hart.
