Memorandum, handwritten annotations re: estimate for the cost of dental treatment for Mr Chatterway and amount approved by committee. Dated: 17 February 1932.
Letter, from E T Rees, Managing Secretary, Napier Hospital, Napier, to the Secretary, Earthquake Relief Committee, Napier. Re: Charles Chatterway. The letter acknowledges receipt of a letter and confirms Mr Chatterway's attendance at Napier Hospital. It advises that a report on his condition will be sent to the committee at a later date. Dated 12 November 1931.
