The land is to be sold at public auction Thursday March 2 1911. W J Tabuteau, auctioneer.
Land lots and area sizes are situated around Burns Road, Selwyn Road, Burlington Road and Napier Terrace. The fire brigade station is noted on the corner of Napier Terrace and Colenso Avenue. Attached is a newspaper clipping noting the successful lessee's of land:
Mr R D D Maclean - lot 4, section 78, Napier Terrace - £10.
J B Logan - lot 2, section 75, £12.
J H Coleman - lot 24, section 26 - £9.
