Land lots and area sizes are situated around Rotoparu Stream, Whakaki Lagoon and the road to Nuhaka, some 9 miles away. The Clyde Bank settlement borders land around the Rotoparu stream, at the North end, adjacent to M F Bourke's land. S Twigg has land bordering the Waikau Tuku Stream and the homestead buildings are located on land reserved from sale, near the road to Wairoa, 5 miles distant.
