The lands are to be sold at auction on Wednesday February 23, 1910. New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Co Ltd have received instructions from the executors of the late D S Fleming to sell.
Land lots and area sizes are situated around the Taurakaitai Stream, Purimu Stream and Lake Purimu. W G Fleming has land bordering blocks around the Taurakaitai Stream and J Simm has land bordering blocks and the Hatuma road. S McNutt's land borders the Purimu Stream and the lake and R J Fleming has land bordering the Wanstead road, some 2 miles to Wanstead.
