The lands are to be sold at auction on Saturday October 25, 1909. C B Hoadley & son, auctioneers have been instructed by James McFarlane to sell the land, subdivided into 38 lots from 1 acre to 403 acres.
Land lots and area sizes are situated 9 miles from Napier, around the Tukituki River mouth. W Shrimpton, G H Fairhall, J Dawson, H Pulford, S Franklin all have land bordering the lots for sale and the sea. The Tukituki Estate borders the land lots to the South. C Jensen's land borders the lots and the Tukituki Estate, some 22 chains from the river mouth. A locality map is included showing the area to be between Clive and Havelock.
