The land lots are to be leased at public auction on Wednesday February 3, 1909. W J Tabuteau is to be the auctioneer.
The land is situated around the proposed new Taradale road, bordering the county road to Meeanee and the old bed of the Tutaekuri River. A schedule of the land to be leased is attached, noting the land is to be leased at around £6 to £10 per annum. John P Kenny Treasurer.
