Land lots an area sizes are shown around the Waiwhero Stream, Mangarouhi Stream, Tangatupara Stream and Mangatarata Stream area. The Mount Herbert Estate borders the Mt Spencer paddock, Carolyn paddock of the estate to be sold and the Motuotaraia Estate is adjacent to Mt Herbert Estate, bordering the Mangarouha paddock and Far Beehive paddock of the Mangatarata Estate. H H Pharazyn has land at the South East end, bordering the estate. A locality map is included showing the general area to be South East of Waipukurau.
