The land is to be sold by public auction at Hoadley's rooms on Thursday June 4, 1908. Murray Roberts & Co with C B Hoadley & son - auctioneers.
The general area is situated about 11 miles from Waipukurau on the main road to Porangahau and 1/2 mile from Wanstead. The area covered is around the Huatokitoki Stream, Turaekaitai Stream and the Wanstead Hotel. Mt Herbert Estate and Mangatarata Estate border the blocks for sale at the North end. Part of the Mt Herbert Estate is also noted in the middle of the land blocks for sale.
