Land lots are to be sold by public auction on Wednesday September 25, 1907. C B Hoadley & son have been instructed by G E Sainsbury to sell the land. The auction will be held at the Protestant Hall.
The plan shows land lots with area sizes fronting Karamu Road and Eastbourne Street. The Carlton Hotel is on the corner of Heretaunga Street and Karamu Road and the Albert hotel is across the street. R Sorenson and D C Thorley have adjacent sites on Karamu Road, near the Eastbourne Street corner.
