The estate land lots are to be sold at auction on Wednesday May 15, 1907. Horace Baker & son - auctioneers have been instructed from North British & Hawke's Bay Freezing Co Ltd to sell 549 acres adjoining the town of Petane.
Land lots with area sizes, which have been subdivided into 19 lots are situated around the Petane River, the road to Wairoa and Napier. J T Harvey has land bordering the Petane River and parts of the Grange Estate. H J Twigg owns land near the road to Wairoa and Petane.
