The estate land lots are to be auctioned at the Princess Theatre on Wednesday 15 November, 1906. C B Hoadley & son - auctioneer have received instructions from Captain Kenrick Hill to sell 1400 acres, being a portion of the Fernhill Estate situated about 3 miles from the Hastings railway station. The land is to be subdivided into 25 farmstead lots.
Land blocks with area sizes and boundaries are shown around the Maraekakaho to Fernhill Road and the Fernhill to Hastings road. The Twyford Estate borders land lots at the South East end of the lots for sale.
