The land is to be sold at public auction on Wednesday June 27, 1906. Horace Baker & son - auctioneers have been instructed by Alfred Seifert of Palmerston North to sell the land, being part of the Tasma Estate which will subdivided into lots from 180 to 500 acres.
Land lots, area sizes are situated between the Mangatewai Stream and the Makaretu River, with the Ashley Clinton road at the East end. Mr Buchan has property bordering land lots to the West.
