Brief Description
A plan of Longlands Estate land for sale. C B Hoadley and Sons, Auctioneers have been instructed by E J Watts, Esquire to sell by auction at the Protestant Hall, Hastings 2,276 acres of his estate. The land consists of all the land left on the old homestead block, land adjoining Borthwick Freezing Works and 1,425 acres of the cattle run block, having frontages to Roy's Hill Road. The land is to be subdivided into 17 lots.
Land lots and area sizes are shown around the main road from Wellington to Napier, Pakipaki and the Maraekakaho to Hastings road. A A Waldron, H Lean and C J Baker all have land adjoining the Pakipaki to Maraekakaho road, which is across the road from 7 land lots for sale. R Sowersby, J Bishop, P Maggan and W Bridgeman have adjacent land bordering portion of Longlands Estate land for sale and the Pakipaki to Hastings road.
