Brief Description
Pace and compass sketch map of Māori earthworks at Waimārama, Hawke's Bay. Features such as houses, trees and streams are labelled on the map. The owners of residential houses are named next to their property: Elder, Harding, McIntyre, Dasent, Campbell and Barker. The Puhokio, Kaiwhakatorea and Waingongoro streams traverse the mapped area. A section of Airini Road can be seen at the bottom of the map and Sandy Beach covers a large section of the mapped area.
