Brief Description
Plan of part of R D D Maclean's Maraekakaho Estate and the whole of G P Donnelly's Ngatarawa Estate.
The lands are situated about 6 miles from the Hastings railway station and butter factory. Mr Donnelly's cottages, stables etc are to be offered together with section No 5, consisting 298 acres.
The land is to be sold by public auction at the Princess Theatre on Friday October 20, 1905. C B Hoadley & son are to be the auctioneers.
Land lots with area sizes are shown around the Maraekakaho - Hastings Road and the main road to Fernhill and Napier. A racecourse is noted bordering lots 7 and 8 on G P Donnelly's land.
