The land lots are to be sold by public auction at the Chamber of Commerce Buildings, Napier on December 23, 1903. Williams & Kettle are acting as attorneys for the Land & Loan Co, and will offer the estate for sale, consisting 7,876 acres divided into 4 blocks. Alfred Reid is to be the auctioneer.
Land lots, area sizes are shown around the Kikowhero Stream, Waitara Stream and the Ngaruroro river, some 27 miles from Napier. The Sherendon and Tunanui Estates are adjoining land blocks at the North end of the land for sale, by the Kikowhero Stream and Waitara Stream.
The Matapiro and Okawa Estates adjoin each other at the South end, bordering the land blocks for sale.The homestead is on block No 1. The Whana - Whana Estae is at the West side.
