Being first class dairy farms situated 3 miles from Napier.
The land lots are to be sold by public auction at the Chamber of Commerce Buildings, Napier January 23, 1904. Williams & Kettle have been instructed by the trustees of the late E H Beddington to sell at auction 424 acres. The land is currently occupied by Messrs Conroy & Co, which, many years previously was owned by Thomas Willan. Alfred Reid is to be the auctioneer.
Land lots, area sizes are shown subdivided into 7 allotments from 35 acres to 90 acres around the Napier - Meeanee Road, Tutaekuri River and Salt Water Creek.
