Plan of Greenmeadows land for sale.
The land lots are to be sold by public auction on Monday December 7, 1903. C B Hoadley & Co - auctioneers have been instructed by H F Butcher Esq to sell the land adjoining Taradale township, originally known as Robjohns farm, now occupied by Mr Massey, dairyman, to be subdivided into 25 building lots.
Land lots, area sizes are shown around Church Road, the Napier - Taradale road and the Taipo Creek.
A newspaper clipping is attached noting the purchasers of the land:
J T Harvey - Lots 3 to 6, £65 to £ 85 per acre.
W Harvey - Lot 3, £100.
A J Williams - Lots 7 and 8, £65 and £90 per acre.
