Part of lots 7 to 11 of Meeanee suburban section No 35, Taradale town board district.
The land lots, consisting 13 acres of freehold land, subdivided into 12 sections are to be sold at auction on Wednesday September 2, 1903. Baker & Tabuteau - auctioneers have been instructed by James Burness to sell.
H F Butcher, Mr W G Burton and George Martin are adjoining land owners to the Taradale - Meeanee road, Mr Martin's land also adjoins Jervoistown. Mr James Burness has adjoining land to the lots for sale at the North end. Noted in pen is that the lots were sold to H F Butcher.
