Plan of part of the Oringi Estate land for sale.
Dairy farms in seven blocks, consisting of between 60 and 145 acres each. Being the property of Henry Gaisford Esq of Woodville County.
The farm blocks are to be sold at auction in Dannevirke on May 27 1903. Dalgety & Co Ltd of Napier and the Trust Agency Co of Australasia are to be the auctioneers.
Land lots, area sizes are situated between the Oringi and Matahiwi Railway station, on the Wellington - Napier railway line, being five miles from Dannevirke and eight miles from Woodville. The seven land blocks also border the road from Oringi homestead and the road to Kumeroa.
