Brief Description
Plan of township lands in Wairoa for sale.
Fifty nine building & residential sites in the township of Tynron, being an extension of the business portion of Clyde North, situated on the opposite side of the river to Clyde.

The land will be sold by public auction Wednesday December 18, 1901. Baker & Tabuteau have received instructions from John Hunter Brown Esq of Whakaki, to sell. Land lots and area sizes around River Parade, First Avenue, Mahia Avenue and Frasertown Road. A newspaper clipping lists successful purchasers:
W Timperley - Lot 5, 6, 7, £17 to £40.
D E O'Neill - Lot 16, 17, £17.
A H Balfour - Lot 64, 65, £42.

More particulars of the upcoming sale can be had from J W Sargisson, Auctioneer - Wairoa. P Crarer is shown as occupier of lot 1, on the corner of Mahia Avenue and Frasertown Road.
