The land will be sold by public auction at Napier, Friday 27 December, 1901. C B Hoadley & Co have received instructions from James Matthews Esq to sell. The land is of fertile country, divided into 39 farm allotments and 24 town & suburban allotments which is bounded by the Makotuku to Matamau railway line on the eastern side and fronting the Norsewood main coach road to the west.
Land lots and area sizes around the main Napier to Wellington road, Mangatewai - iti Stream and Matamau Stream.
