Being subdivision of sections 240, 241 - Eastbourne Street.

The land to be sold will be held by public auction on Friday June 26, 1885. C B Hoadley & Co are to be the auctioneers.
Land lots and area sizes are situated around Lyndon Road, Eastbourne Street, Havelock Road and Market Street. The Knight Brothers proposed store is on the corner of Eastbourne Street and Railway Street, south of the railway line and Knight Brothers and C B Hoadley & Co have premises on Havelock Road, south of the railway line.

The Police Station is on Railway Street and C B Hoadley & Co stock yards are situated on Lyndon Road. R Jons has adjoining property. Kelly's Hotel is on the Havelock Road and Railway Street corner. The Pacific Hotel is on the Havelock Road and Market Street corner. The Athenaeum is located on Market Street, towards Havelock Road.
