Plan of Turamoe Estate land for sale.
Dairy farms and agricultural farms, divided into 24 allotments.
The land to be sold will be held by public auction on Wednesday March 6, 1901. C B Hoadley & Co have been instructed by G P Donnelly Esq to offer at auction the Turamoe Estate, which adjoins the choicest part of the Longlands Estate. Situated a half mile from the Pakipaki railway station and six miles from Hastings. Mr Egan is in charge of the estate.
Land lots and area sizes are situated around the Kahumoko Stream area. Hugh Campbell's Poukawa Estate is at the South end, bordering land lots for sale. Arch. McLean's Greenhill Estate and E J Watt's Longland Estate are adjoining to the North, near Poukawa Lake.
