To be subdivided into 50 allotments, consisting of a total of 500 acres, being adjacent to the Woodville railway station.

The land to be sold will be held by public auction at the Alexandra Hall, Woodville on Wednesday October 17, 1900. This land is considered to be a splendid property of flat alluvial land. The population of the surrounding districts is noted as being 3,058. An up to date bacon curing works has recently been added by the Nelson brothers Ltd.

J Harris Esq owns land bordering land lots for sale and Ormonds Road. The Hon J D Ormond is a neighbour and borders land lots for sale, by the public road and F Shaw adjoins J D Ormond's property. Sydney Johnston Esq has land at the other side of the lots being offered for sale. George Peebles is the occupier of lots 37 to 39, by Bloomfield Road.
