The land to be sold by public auction at the Hawke's Bay Land Auction Mart, Napier on Thursday October 13, 1887. C B Hoadley & Co are to be the auctioneers.
Land lots with area sizes are situated around Avenue Road, Park Road and Church Road. P Dolbel leases land bordering sections for sale near Park Road. H S Tiffen has more land south of the Taipo Creek. The Waverly Hotel is shown on the corner of the Taradale new road and Guppy's Road.
The Greenmeadows Homestead is shown adjoining Church Road and North of Taipo Creek. J G Kinross has land bordering numerous sections for sale at the Meeanee section No 40 area.
