Brief Description
An acknowledgement only form from the Napier Citizens' Control Committee to L D Bestall, dated 13 March 1931. The notice states the following:

To Mr L D Bestall, No 24 Street Lighthouse Road. In response to your application No 829 of 19 February 1931 to resume occupation of your premises situated at No 24 Street Lighthouse Rd, I have to advise that a PROVISIONAL PERMIT cannot be granted - house unsafe.
