Lots of about 330 acres to 5,400 acres are to be offered at auction on Thursday April 13, 1882. M R Miller is to be the Auctioneer.
The land for sale is situated around the Mangarangiora Stream, Mangatutu River, Mangahouhou Creek, Tutaekuri River and the Wai - Iti Stream. Rissington is shown at the South end.
A locality plan shows the area to be west of the Ahuriri Harbour, near Woodthorpe.
