A five page summary and analysis of requisitions outward and requisition forms for 19 February 1931.
The first page is in two columns and lists the name of the item and the grand total supplied for 19 February 1931. The subsequent pages list the depot in receipt of the goods, the name of the item, and the amount supplied to each depot. There is a total at the bottom of the page for each column of items and the final page has the grand total.
Included with the summary are printed and handwritten requisition forms for 19 February 1931. Some requisitions are signed and some are unsigned.
